Returns

Each Chérut piece is crafted to order or part of a limited release.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.

We encourage you to reach out with any questions prior to placing your order - we’re always happy to assist in selecting the right piece for you. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to provide sizing or styling guidance before purchase.

Exchanges 

We take great care in the craftsmanship and inspection of every piece before it leaves our studio.

If, however, you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly offer an exchange for the same item.

Please contact us at info@cherutjewelry.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the next steps. 

Kindly note:

  • Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging
  • Exchanges are limited to the same item
  • Requests made after 14 days of delivery may not be accepted

Due to international shipping regulations, returns across borders can be complex. We will do our best to assist you should any issue arise. 

Repairs 

At Chérut, each piece is thoughtfully crafted and made to be worn and treasured over time. We offer a 60-day guarantee from the date of delivery against any production defects. Should an issue arise within this period, we will gladly repair or replace the item. If your piece requires repair after 60 days, we’re happy to assist for a service fee, plus shipping.

Kindly note:
Due to international shipping regulations, repairs may require the item to be returned to our studio in Tel Aviv. We will do our best to make this process as smooth as possible and advise you individually based on your location.
