In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order, custom designs, and out-of-stock pieces typically ship within 3–6 weeks, unless otherwise noted.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to reach out at info@cherutjewelry.com - we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx Express, fully insured, and require a signature upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, as we are unable to take responsibility for shipments once marked as delivered and signed for.

Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier-related delays.

International Orders 

We offer complimentary FedEx International Express shipping on orders above $800. Orders below this amount are shipped via FedEx Express at a flat rate of $50.

Please note that any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate or collect these charges at the time of purchase.

U.S. Import Taxes

Orders shipped from Israel to the United States are currently subject to import duties under U.S. customs regulations. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in our prices.

For orders above $2,500, U.S. Customs may request a one-time importer registration (CBP Form 5106). If required, FedEx will contact you directly to complete a short form.

To avoid delays, we recommend responding promptly to any customs requests.
